Amy has long championed the benefits of mediation. Ever since qualifying as a solicitor Amy was been keen to learn the art of mediation. Amy qualified as a mediator in June 2020.
Mediation has been a natural progression for Amy, throughout her time as a dispute resolution lawyer, she has always had one eye on creative settlement solutions.

How much is your mediation fee?
Amy’s current mediation rates are:
For a full day remote mediation (starting at 10am and finishing by 5.30pm) the fee is £500 plus VAT per party.
For a full day mediation in person (at a venue arranged by the parties) the fee is £700 plus VAT per party.
What happens if the mediation runs over?
If the mediation runs beyond 6.30pm there is an additional fee of £100 plus VAT per party to extend the mediation.
Is there an agreement to sign and a preparation list?
Yes, there is a mediation agreement which must be signed by all parties to the mediation before the mediation. Amy will also provide a “preparation and what to expect” list to help the parties prepare for the day.
