Questions?

How long will the process take?

Initial dispute advice can generally be provided within a week of being instructed. Amy would review your papers and have a telephone conference between 1-2 hours with you to advise you of your position and options going forward.

Can you help me resolve my dispute?

Yes, Amy can help you with your ongoing case if that involves seeking a negotiated resolution. If you need help with a case which is likely to involve court proceedings, Amy’s colleague will be able to help with the court procedure and documents.

Amy charges a competitive hourly rate for ongoing dispute advice and can in some cases agree fixed fees for various stages of the work.

Do you offer no win no fee advice ?

Amy is not able to offer no win no fee advice in franchise disputes. Each case turns very much on its own merits and franchising is a complex area of the law.

There is a lot of work to be done in reviewing documents and ascertaining the facts to get to a position to be able to properly and appropriately advise on merits, options and risks.
